Torbay home support provide home support professionals to help those in need live a fuller and safer life from within their own home.  We have been providing services since 2005.  In line with new Government legislation and initiatives, we are now providing home support workers to assist residents in Torquay, Paignton, Brixham (Torbay) who are professionally vetted for a fixed hourly fee.

SPICE

SPICE is our trading name for our home support service.  SPICE encapsulates all that we offer.  SPICE  provides support for our Clients to develop & live a life of their choice in the community, towards full integration & Citizenship.  SPICE encourages service Users to participate in recruitment, interview & selection of our support workers. Every effort is made to ensure the preferred staff will be delivering the service except in day off, annual leave, training, sickness or other leave. 

 Fees

SPICE is transparent in the information we provide about any fees, contracts and terms & conditions. People who use services, or others acting on their behalf, who pay the provider for the services they receive:

• know how much they are expected to pay, when and how
• know what the service will provide for the fee paid
• understand their obligations and responsibilities
